Learning the DISC tool has helped me recognize different the behavioral types and how to best interact with both co-workers and clients. The DISC tool provided me guidance on how to identify the DISC types, understand what motivates each type, and learn how to improve communication while appreciating people’s differences. Since our company has applied the DISC tool, we have learned to identify DISC types while recruiting and it has helped us to make better hiring decisions.
