Through this DISC work with John and his team, I’ve come to understand my DISC profile in such a way that it has had an incredible impact in the way I choose to communicate and “show up” as a colleague and leader. Understanding how individuals prefer to communicate, as well as how my communication style is perceived by others, has contributed to a more collaborative and effective environment overall.
