DISC has allowed me to appreciate and understand that in life, may it be work or personal I will come across people with different personality traits that may be reflective of their own behavioral tendencies. By being a good listener, analyzing, evaluating, and tailoring my own communication style I can achieve consistent effective results with little room for miscommunication.
