I am excited to use the DISC Behavioral Profile system when I start my procedure training with the production and office areas. It has given me great insight on how to best convey the material so ALL employees are engaged and excited about the process. I believe the skills that I have learned will definitely improve my communication with the various internal and external departments and customers I work with, along with improving our productivity.
