Completing the DISC assessment is an eye opening experience into learning about yourself and is often the first step towards discovering your own self-awareness. It gets you thinking about how you interact with everyone and also how others interact with you. Overall this can be a very important tool to help build stronger relationships with customers, employees and even friends. As a marketing professional, I know after taking this test I am even more aware of how I need to communicate with everyone on an individual basis. I recommend this program for everyone who wants to be a more effective communicator.
