I felt the discussions to be interesting and fact finding about my own behavior, as well as my coworkers. The benefit of knowing how to determine a personality, will benefit when trying to engage in productive meetings and projects.

We at first were skeptical of the DISC process. After taking the DISC and reviewing the valuable one on one feedback, as a group we have become believers in the strength of that process.
