Now to Labor Day: Coming Changes in American Business Culture

By Labor Day, we can all expect:

1. Kids will be returning to school in person.
2. Federal unemployment will run out (forcing more to seek jobs).
3. The guidance around COVID-19 is that we are now safer. This will impact all the security-minded people and will force them to make a decision about re-integration (and challenging the benefits and conveniences of working remotely as well).

These changes impact everyone differently depending on personal situation, but they still affect all in some way. Why? We are all interconnected, and it will affect our employees, support or family members. Therefore, we need to be aware/sensitive and prepare our new business home and away culture for the next reality.
