Having a DISC profile done helped illuminate things I had known about myself deep down but didn’t know how to put into words. The assessment helped me understand small things about my communication style which is a huge benefit in a corporate setting. I feel armed with tools to help have better conversations with those around me and dig deeper regarding my work and life habits.
