Culture based Recruiting Like a Pro (RLP) is a proven recruiting program based on the model professional sports teams use. It is then adapted for your unique culture. It provides you with an assigned recruiting team that will augment your existing resources, allow you to build a 5 Star inside/outside leadership team and find the role players you need to win the game. Successful teams consistently evaluate and grade their players. This program provides you with the support to get your 4, 5, and 6 players up to 7 (average rating) or replace them compassionately and legally with 8, 9 or 10 players.

How It Works

Step One: We take the time to understand you, your culture and your team.

Step Two: We do behavioral profiles on the leadership team (at a minimum), and ideally on all players. We then chart your company behavioral profiles. This allows you and us to better understand your players, support and empower them using science not a guessing game.

Step Three: We write a Master Recruitment Description that powerfully positions your company. This is modified for each and every search (this is an essential and very powerful recruiting tool).

Step Four: We follow our process on each and every search and assign a recruiting team to represent you. You are given weekly updates on the search progress, so you always know what is happening.

Step Five: We do a quarterly review with you to get your 4, 5, 6 players up to an average rating and/or help you legally and compassionately exit them. We plan all recruiting 90 days in advance so we can do it right and find excellent choices for each open position.
